Hanauma Bay Throws Earth Day ’14 Festival

In observance of Earth Day 2014, Hanauma Bay Nature Preserve will sponsor an Awareness Festival from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. April 26.

A dozen local organizations and government agencies will share information about protecting Hawaii’s marine and coastal resources, provide interactive games and discuss volunteer opportunities. Among the participants are the Sea Life Park Seabird Rehab Center, Oceanic Institute, Malama Maunalua and Friends of Hanauma Bay.
