Hawaii Hospice patient Paula Samson and her 6-year-old grandson recently suited up paniolo style for a private, guided horseback ride at Kualoa Ranch. An experienced rider who once cared for pa'u horses, Samson had this ride on her bucket list since being diagnosed with hypopharyngeal cancer.
