Focus on Windward Oahu

Lanikai Elementary School's student council held a dance last month, which raised $750 for the Philippines' relief effort. The council presented the check to 'Hawaii Five-0' actor Taylor Wily (center) at Hilo Hattie, which will match their contribution.
