Legislators, including West-area City Councilmen Ron Menor and Brandon Elefante, and Councilwoman Kymberly Marcos Pine, presented honorary certificates April 22 to James Campbell High School’s girls varsity soccer team for its OIA Girls Soccer Division I championship title.
