USA National Miss Hawaii Preteen 2015 Naia Torres of Ewa Beach spent her spring break meeting with government officials, including Gov. David Ige. She also met with City Managing Director Roy Amemiya, Senate President Donna Mercado Kim and state Sen. Will Espero, who honored her with an appreciation certificate for her academic and scholastic achievements as an honor roll student at Kamehameha Middle School, as well as for her community service work.
