House Resolution 197 - recognizing Kahuku High School for athletic excellence (state football title) and academic achievement (state winner of the 'We the People: The Citizen and The Constitution' competition) - was presented March 18 at the Capitol by state Rep. Richard Fale and Kahuku alumna Rep. Dee Morikawa.
