Locally owned boutique iKandy marked the grand opening of its new store June 1 at Harbor Center in Aiea. iKandy, which also has another shop in Pearl-ridge Center, features clothing, accessories, handbags and more. It also supports local designers. DJ Enjay entertains shoppers.
