Island Pacific Academy in Kapolei recently hosted a family Brush-Bot FEST (families exploring science together). More than 100 parents and students in grades 2 through 5 learned about science and technology by creating mini robots. A guest speaker also talked to students about STEM careers, and there were presentations about water pressure and electricity. Liza and Karenna Meyerman (left) enjoy an activity together
