In an effort to help members of the community fulfill their New Year's resolutions, Powerhouse Fitness presented a demonstration-focused fitness fair Jan. 19 at Pearlridge Center. The fair featured a range of exercise and wellness options, including Zumba, hula, mixed martial arts and more. Powerhouse Fitness is located at 98-199 Kamehameha Hwy. in Aiea.
