Farm Zoning Hearing Feb. 16

The city Planning and Permitting Department conducts a hearing at 1:30 p.m. Feb. 16 on a zoning variance request to allow a new three-story farm dwelling to encroach into the yard at the corner of Farrington Highway and Kuhi Street in Waialua.
