East Oahu Egg Hunts Signaling Early Easter

Koko Head District Park will come alive March 23 with the laughter of keiki as they hunt the grounds for Easter eggs.

The annual “Eggstravaganza” will feature activities, carnival games and goody bags. Registration and games begin at 9 a.m., with the hunt, for children 12 and under, commencing at 10 a.m. For more information, call 395-3047.

The free event is sponsored by the city Parks and Recreation Department’s Koko Head Complex, comprised of Aina Haina Community, Kamilo Iki and Wailupe community parks and Koko Head District Park.

Also, Kaimuki Community Park sponsors its Diamond Head Easter Egg Hunt, starting at 9:30 a.m. March 23. Call 733-7350.
