Delise Hirokane-Ellis Wins A $250 Spree At Ben Franklin Crafts
Delise Hirokane-Ellis needed some cross-stitching floss for a project she’s working on, so she went to Ben Franklin Crafts in Pearl City.
As she made her purchase on a Thursday at 2:15 p.m., MidWeek’s representative approached Delise with a simple question. She answered correctly and instantly won a $250 Ben Franklin Crafts shopping spree.
“I like shopping at Ben Franklin because the people are helpful,” said this week’s Mystery Shopper, a plastic fabricator at Pearl Harbor. “Also, I like it when they have their ads and coupons, and they have a great selection of scrapbooking supplies.”
Delise was born and raised in Waipio Gentry and graduated from Pearl City High School in 1990. She lives in Kapolei with husband Dana, and enjoys scrapbooking, cross-stitching and bowling. She also likes to read MidWeek.
“I like the ads,” she said. “And I like to look at the pictures in the Pa‘ina section.”
