Decals Aid Safe Streets

East Oahu streets are a little safer now, thanks to Ronald McDonald and local keiki. In partnership with Grace Pacific, dozens of Ronald’s iconic shoeprint decals telling children to “stop” or “look both ways” were installed or repainted at critical school zones – with help from Wilson Elementary students.

“We hope the decals will grab children’s attention and remind them to be aware of their surroundings before using the crosswalk,” said McDonald’s owner-operator Erlinda Rosario.
