Consular Corps Inaugural Ball
The Consular Corps of Hawaii held its 17th annual Inaugural Ball Feb. 9 at The Royal Hawaiian. More than 200 attendees gathered to honor 21 consuls general, honorary consuls and special guests. A Lifetime Achievement Award was presented to John Henry Felix, and a Distinguished Service Award to Gen. David Bramlett.
