Chinese Chamber of Commerce of Hawai‘i hosted its 106th Installation Banquet at Empress Restaurant, where Walter Chang was honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award. Others recognized that evening included Lynn Ruth, Outstanding Narcissus Festival Volunteer; Dennis Hwang, Outstanding Chamber Volunteer; and Dr. Ming Chen, Outstanding Business Person.
