Chef Vikram Cooks: The Cuisines Of India
Halekulani Hotel executive chef Vikram Garg showcased his talents during Chef Vikram Cooks: The Cuisines of India, which recently took place at the hotel. The night served as a benefit for Hawaii Culinary Education Foundation and highlighted food from India. Hawaii Culinary Education Foundation is a nonprofit organization that provides educational programs for students enrolled in Hawaii’s culinary programs.
