Chamber Music Has Piano Treat

Kailua’s Thomas Lee will once again take a seat at the piano bench alongside Chamber Music Hawaii’s Tresemble for a concert at Paliku Theatre at 7:30 p.m. Nov. 17.

Fans can look forward to Piano Quintet, Op. 42 by Zdenek Fibich and Quintet by Ralph Vaughan Williams, all performed by violin, cello, clarinet, horn and, of course, Lee’s piano.

Intermission refreshments are from Jacquelyn Maly, and proceeds will benefit Paliku Theatre. Those interested in meeting the performers may come to an after-concert Talk Story session in the Camille Almy Lobby on the theater’s second floor.

Tickets cost $30 and are available online, at the door (from 6:45 p.m.) or by calling 489-5038. Students get in free with valid ID.
