Business Leaders on the Move in Hawaii
Tricia Medeiros has been promoted to chief operating officer with The Plaza Assisted Living for its entire family of Assisted Living communities located throughout Oahu. She is responsible for strategic planning for The Plaza Assisting Living, which includes five senior living communities (consisting of more than 700 beds and 500 employees). She will provide leadership for overall operations by driving performance measures to optimal levels, as well as planning by prioritizing resident, family and organizational requirements.
Scott Yonesaki has been promoted to group vice president and general manager of Servco Auto Waipahu. He will lead and manage the entire dealership, overseeing both variable (sales) and fixed (service) operations, and continue the dealership’s mission of advocating to provide all its customers with an outstanding customer service experience. He most recently was general manager overseeing Servco Subaru Kaimuki and Honolulu, as well as Servco Scion Honolulu.
Jamie Kawamoto has been promoted to marketing communications director with Hawaiian Telcom. She will oversee Consumer and Business product advertising campaigns, Hawaiian Telcom brand initiatives and interactive marketing, including website development and social media. Key initiatives include driving awareness and adoption of Hawaiian Telcom TV, Internet services, data center and SmartBusiness solutions. She previously was senior manager-marketing communciations.
Charlie Wong has been hired as general sales manager of Servco Auto Waipahu. He will be in charge of various operations, which include new and used car sales and the finance and lease departments. He most recently served as general manager of Honolulu Cadillac Buick GMC Volkswagen. He also will continue the dealership’s mission of advocating to provide all its customers with an outstanding customer service experience.
Wallace (Wally) Voeks III has been named Oahu field supervisor of Reynolds Recycling. He will supervise Reynolds Recycling locations in Windward Oahu, which includes all locations between Haleiwa and Kalama Valley.
