Business Leaders On The Move In Hawaii

Nicholas Ondrejka has been named senior vice president and applications manager of Bank of Hawaii. In his new capacity, he will oversee the numerous software applications used to support the bank’s operations. Prior to joining Bank of Hawaii, Ondrejka was senior vice president and chief technology officer at Wells Fargo & Company in Salt Lake City.
Jay Hyungmyong Dow has been appointed assistant vice president and loan officer in Hawaii National Bank’s corporate banking department, where he will work closely with local businesses to assist them with their financing needs. He has nearly a decade of finance and banking experience and previously was assistant vice president and loan officer at Ohana Pacific Bank.
RaeDeen KeahiolaloKarasuda has been appointed Chaminade University’s director of the Office of Native Hawaiian Partnerships. She will help to maintain and strengthen the school’s partnerships with the Native Hawaiian community. Karasuda previously worked at Kamehameha Schools as research and evaluation division manager.
Kasee Bailey has been named district manager of Jack in the Box restaurants on the Leeward side of Oahu and the Big Island. His responsibility is to ensure each location provides excellent guest service and food quality. Bailey previously was standards assessment auditor with Jack in the Box corporate, based in San Diego.
Rob Cody has been appointed Pacific Buddhist Academy’s head of school, succeeding Pieper Toyama. His main goal will be to guide peace education in Hawaii, in addition to his operational responsibilities. He has more than 20 years of experience as an educator, administrator and community collaborator. Previously, Cody served as principal of Northbridge International School Cambodia in Phnom Penh.
