Business Leaders on the Move in Hawaii – 9/24/14
Lee Moriwaki has been promoted to senior vice president, and loan and deposit operations division manager with Central Pacific Bank. He will manage the Loan Operations and Systems Applications Support divisions. His responsibilities include managing loan origination and servicing, deposit services, documentation and operations administration.
Derek Kaneshiro has been promoted to vice president, and business products and services manager with Central Pacific Bank. He will manage the strategic development, sales support, servicing and operations of the Business Products and Services department. Kaneshiro has been with CPB since 1994.
Sam Wolff has been hired as project developer with RevoluSun’s Oahu division. He will work with homeowners to achieve energy independence by designing custom solar systems and finding the best financing options available to meet their needs and take advantage of government incentives.
Connie Mah Trinacty, Ph.D., has been promoted to assistant science director at Kaiser Permanente Center for Health Research Hawaii. She will develop and manage the CHRH research agenda, obtain National Institutes of Health (NIH) and foundation funding, and extend collaborations with affiliated programs, both locally and nationally. She also will provide a strong mentoring and support system for leading investigators and post-doctoral fellows in the research program, and she will continue to lead her own scientific research on comparative health care systems and care delivery science.
Lori Chong has been promoted to vice president, senior loan officer with Lokahi HomeLoans, an affiliate company of Honolulu HomeLoans. She will assist borrowers in accomplishing their homeownership and refinancing goals. Chong has 23 years of mortgage experience.
