Michelle Salvador has been appointed manager of Central Pacific Bank’s Manoa Marketplace branch. She now is responsible for leading, coaching and inspiring her team to consistently meet and exceed the specific financial needs of CPB’s customers, including consumer and local businesses.
Jack Grimmer has been appointed vice president, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) and Quality Assurance with Hawaii Gas. He now is responsible for setting the strategic direction of EHS while overseeing compliance, technical training and quality assurance.
Sara E. Coes has joined Damon Key Leong Kupchak Hastert in its Business and Commercial Law Practice Group. An attorney with more than a decade of legal experience with business and transactional matters in Asia, she is fluent in Mandarin Chinese. Her knowledge and experience will benefit Damon Key clients pursuing business transactions and advice, particularly Chinese-speaking clients seeking legal services in Hawaii.
Aaron Wiehe has been named vice president and district manager of Nordic PCL Construction Inc. Since his relocation to Hawaii in 2012, the district has experienced record growth and recently secured more than $500 million in new and highly probable best value work, including the Symphony Honolulu project. He will continue to work with Nordic PCL president Glen Kaneshige to expand the company’s Hawaii operations.
Wendie McAllaster, ASLA, has been promoted from senior associate to principal with HHF Planners. Having been with HHF since 1996, she has a cumulative 30 years of professional planning and design experience with expertise as a registered landscape architect, a qualified historic landscape architect and qualified historic preservation planner per the Secretary of the Interior’s professional standards, and an expert in historic landscape design.
