Business Leaders on the Move in Hawaii – 5/21/14
Lance A. Mizumoto, current executive vice president and chief banking officer, has been appointed president and chief banking officer with Central Pacific Financial Corp., parent company of Central Pacific Bank, effective June 1. He will oversee the organization-wide strategic direction and management of all lines of business, including commercial banking, commercial real estate, retail banking, residential mortgage, and wealth management.
A. Catherine Ngo, current executive vice president and chief administrative officer, will be appointed president and chief operating officer with Central Pacific Financial Corp., parent company of Central Pacific Bank, effective June 1. Ngo will oversee all aspects of the company’s non-line operations, including the administrative, operational and risk management functions.
Kim Gennaula has been named Iolani School’s executive director of advancement, effective fall 2014. She will provide strategic vision, leadership, and direction for fundraising, alumni and parent relations, and campaign and community stewardship, and will play a central role in supporting Iolani’s mission through advancement and outreach, serving as the principal adviser on all alumni and development matters to Head of School Dr. Timothy Cottrell.
Isaac Kosasa has been elected vice president of claims with First Insurance Company of Hawaii (FICOH). He will oversee the company’s property, auto, liability, workers’ compensation and TPA (third party adjusting) units. He has worked in FICOH’s claims department since 1989.
Tami Simeona has been hired as manager of property management services with Xpedite LLC. She now will be responsible for coordinating all of Xpedite’s services for its property management clients, which include tenant contact centers, accounting, advertising, software consulting and other back-office solutions.
