Bulldogs Unite! Foundation Gala Is Coming

Kaimuki High School Foundation will host its 12th annual fundraiser this month to better assist and educate current students.

“Former Bulldogs, Pups and Friends” are invited to the event, set for 4:30-8:30 p.m. March 22 for a buffet dinner, door prizes and a silent auction. KHS students will entertain in the auditorium, in addition to alumni Bon Fire and Mel Cabang.

Proceeds will be used to purchase equipment to assist students with severe multiple impairments, pay JROTC transportation expenses and help special-needs students participate in field trips. The funds also help subsidize travel costs to college fairs and tours, equipment for a book club that fosters reading skills, and help students apply academic skills to real work experiences in the hospitality industry.

Suggested donation for a ticket is $35 – or more. Guests are encouraged to RSVP by March 3, but some tickets may be available at the door, and donations always are welcome.
