Brandy Gallarde Wins A $250 Spree At Kmart

On Friday, Brandy Gallarde needed food for lunch, as well as a new mop, so she took a trip to Kmart in Waikele. As she made her purchase at 2 p.m., Mid- Week’s representative approached Brandy with a simple question. She answered correctly and instantly won a $250 Kmart shopping spree.

“I love everything about Kmart, especially their layaway plan,” said this week’s Mystery Shopper, a cashier for Lawson Station.

Brandy was born and raised in Kalihi, and graduated from Farrington High School in 1997. She has three daughters, and enjoys going to the beach, fishing and spending time with family. She also likes to read MidWeek.

“I love the coupons and the West Oahu Islander (community newspaper insert),” she said. “Also, my family and friends were featured before, so it is nice to see them in the paper.”
