Easley Designs, owned and operated by Jill Easley, works to effortlessly produce your picture-perfect wedding day with floral arrangements and event planning. Inspired by her mother, Terrie, Easley took over the business in 2006.
“Years ago my mom decided to design floral arrangements for weddings,” Easley recalls. “She participated in her first wedding expo, and brought design and customer service to clients. I worked alongside her since I was 10 years old, and learned how to run the business. My mom now handles the weekly flower delivery to Trump Hotel Waikiki, and we have added event coordination and planning to our services.”
Renowned for its exquisite floral designs, Easley Designs has built lasting relationships with many high-profile clients throughout the years. Floral designs for the Sony Open pre-party, Trump Hotel Waikiki and Christmas décor for the Pride of America, among others, are all attributed to Easley and her well-qualified staff of administration, designers and coordinators.
“Our business philosophy is based on personalized customer service. When it comes to weddings, our wedding packages are formatted to tailor to the needs of the couple. All consultations are by appointment only,” Easley says.
“No detail is too big or too small. When the couple arrives at their wedding to see their vision put together, they are so excited and know that we have exceeded their expectations.”
In addition to exquisite floral designs, this Nuuanu business specializes in detailed coordination, backdrop, lighting and more. According to Easley, each wedding or event is unique, therefore personalized packages are key, and a complimentary initial consultation always is included.
“We always go with the flow. People have different requests, and many times what they envision is not idealistic,” Easley states.
“We, being in business for such a long time, can give them ideas that fit right into their vision more clearly. We build on their requests.”
Easley has only high expectations for the future of her business and is open to a world of possibilities.
“We love what we do and will never stop. The rewarding part of managing Easley Designs is the same reward my mother had when she started this business – thousands of happy clients who have become friends.
“When we mention our company, people almost always are familiar with the name and know what we do and how well we do it. It’s an accomplishment that’s greater than just financial success. Many of my staff members are former brides who loved what we did for them and they wanted to be a part of it for others,” Easley says with a smile.
