Aloha Day At Solomon Elementary School
Despite the rain, Solomon Elementary was lucky to catch a glimpse of sunshine Nov. 23 during its third annual Aloha Day. More than 1,200 guests, including state Rep. Marcus Oshiro, garrison commander Col. Dawson, Capt. Waliser and 1st Lt. Horstman, school liasion officers Mrs. Keone and Mr. Yoshino, and Hui Spouse Club president Mrs. Flater, enjoyed watching the students from pre-K to grade 5, with each class performing to a different Hawaiian song. This year’s Aloha Day theme was ‘Live Aloha.’
