Academy Raises Funds For Heart Association
Holy Family Catholic Academy raised $16,854.01 for American Heart Association’s Kids Heart Challenge this year. The school has raised $304,625 for the annual event since 2001. Kapi‘olani Receives Miracle Gift
Velera, a payments credit union service organization, recently announced the winning hospitals of its Miracle Momentum Awards. The program called on credit unions throughout the country to nominate their local Children’s Miracle Network hospital to receive a $10,000 donation. Kapi‘olani Medical Center for Women & Children was among the 20 hospitals across the country to receive the award. Representatives of Hawai‘i’s credit unions recently joined Hawai‘i Credit Union League and Velera staff at Kapi‘olani Medical Center for Women & Children (pictured) to present the check.
