Local Chain Supports Furry Friends
7-Eleven Hawai‘i presented Fur-Angel Foundation with a check for $58,145. The contribution — taken from proceeds from the convenience store chain’s golf tournament in August — will go toward the foundation’s mission of rescuing dogs by “strengthening the human-animal bond in our community by educating the public about animal welfare.” Pictured (from left) are Fur-Angel Foundation president Tiffany Kim and assistant manager Nohea Kia, and 7-Eleven Hawai‘i customer care manager Kelci Nakano.
