Federal Credit Union Funds The Food Bank
Hickam Federal Credit Union presented Jennifer Onishi (center), Hawai‘i Foodbank director of corporate relations and partnerships, with a donation of $7,300 at its Pearl City branch. During this year’s annual fundraiser, donors were given the option of designating their contribution to Maui Food Bank to offier support to Lahaina residents. Grants Help Nonprofits Address Digital Equity

Student Training Program ‘Climbs HI’
Fifty Farrington High School students were awarded Lean Six Sigma Certifications during a school ceremony on Sept. 28. The juniors and seniors volunteered at this year’s Made in Hawai‘i Festival, helping with setup, check-in, customer service and parking management. They then integrated those experiences by creating presentations on how to improve the guest check-in process for future events.
