Bank Hosts A Celebration For Little League World Champs
American Savings Bank financially supported Honolulu Little League in its quest to become this year’s Little League World Series champions. ASB donated $5,000 to help pay for the team’s travel-related expenses and held an event at the ASB campus to celebrate the team’s win. ASB surprised players and their families with a two-day celebration and an additional $7,000 ($500 per family) to help cover additional expenses incurred throughout their one-month trip. Toyota Series Highlights Groups’ Community Influence
Toyota Hawai‘i donated $26,000 to 13 nonprofit organizations as part of its Toyota Hawai‘i Stories: Holoholo campaign, which followed the lives of extraordinary individuals and captured the positive impacts they have on their communities. The nonprofits recognized included Kāko‘o ‘Ōiwi; Paepae o He‘eia; Papahana Kualoa; Nā Kama Kai; Māla‘ai; FreediveSafe! Hawai‘i; Ala Kukui; Nā Maka Onaona; Imua Family Services; Hui Mālama i ke Ala ‘Ūlili; Ho‘ōla Honey Bee Relocation Project ; Mana Maoli; and North Shore Lifeguard Association. Foundation’s Donation Inspires Hope
Atlas Insurance Agency Foundation donated $10,000 to Child & Family Service in support of its Marathon of Hope, a virtual fundraising campaign to help parents heal from childhood traumas and develop healthy parenting skills. CFS is a community-based nonprofit organization with a mission of strengthening families and fostering the healthy development of children.
