UH Wins Ninth Island Showdown

Boyd Gaming and the Boyd family were honored for their decadeslong support of University of Nevada, Las Vegas athletics during the UNLV vs. University of Hawai‘i football game at Sam Boyd Stadium Nov. 16. The annual face-off, which is sponsored by California Hotel and known as the Ninth Island Showdown was the last to take place at Sam Boyd Stadium as part of the #SBSFarewell celebration. Boyd Gaming has been the title sponsor of Sam Boyd Stadium since 1984. Spectrum Grant To Support Digital Ed

Spectrum presented Whitmore Economic Development Group with a $21,000 Spectrum Digital Education grant in support of the Pineapple Crate digital education program for agricultural communities in Wahiawā.
