Dennis Ogata Wins $250 Foodland Spree

On Thursday, Dennis Ogata and wife Kathleen stopped in Foodland at Ala Moana Center for bentos.

As they was leaving the store at 10:15 a.m., MidWeek‘s representative approached them with a simple question.

Dennis answered correctly and instantly won a $250 Foodland spree.

“I like shopping at Foodland because it’s convenient for us,” said this week’s Mystery Shopper, a retired tour bus operator. “Also, they got some pretty good prices.”

Dennis was born and raised on Kauai, and graduated from Kaimuki High School in 1959.

In his free time he enjoys going to Vegas. He also likes to read MidWeek.

“We like to read Ron Nagasawa’s column and Kimo’s Vegas column,” he says.

“And we like the feature stories and food ads.”
