Aloha Petroleum Donates To Queen’s

Aloha Petroleum Ltd. donated $7,990.52 to The Queen’s Medical Center in support of its mission
to deliver the highest-quality health care in Hawai‘i. The funds were raised through the ongoing
canister collection program at participating Aloha Island Mart stores statewide. Pictured are

Dentist Gives To Culinary Institute

Local dentist Alvin Chung has pledged $100,000 to support University of Hawai‘i Culinary
Institute of the Pacific at Diamond Head. In recognition of his generosity, the Outdoor Terrace at
the Signature Restaurant at Culinary Institute of the Pacific will be named after Tai Yau Chung
