Arcadia Honors White, Chong
Arcadia Family of Cos. celebrated the retirements of Emmet White, president and CEO, and Norman Chong, CFO, Nov. 29. Both are credited with growing Arcadia into a family of seven companies that provide various services and care to kūpuna and their families.
