Look Like Your Father And Win Big

The popular father-child look-alike contest is back for the 14th year at Windward Mall, which will celebrate Father’s Day from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. this Saturday in center court – a day early.

Sponsored by the Hawaii Coalition for Dads, the event features the look-alike contest from 1 to 3 p.m. Entry forms are available on the day of the event, and registration is from 11 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. Grand prize is a 32-inch Panasonic LCD HD television set. The competition is open to children and their fathers, grandfathers or other favorite father figures.

Also planned are information booths, keiki arts and crafts by Little People Hawaii and balloon artistry by Balloon Monsoon from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.; and entertainment by Hiipoi from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30.

The Hawaii Coalition for Dads is a group of individuals and organizations that share information about services to fathers and promote involved, nurturing, responsible fatherhood.
