Kahala Mall Hosts Singing Competition

Kahala Mall has extended the deadline for its Sing competition to June 15. Singers between the ages of 9 and 18 are invited to submit a minimum one-minute YouTube clip of their talent to be eligible as a contestant.

After all clips are reviewed, a group of judges along with Kahala Mall management will select a total of 24 contestants to perform as semi-finalists July 25 and 26 at 6 p.m. on the Kahala Mall stage.

From there, 12 finalists will be chosen to perform in the finals Aug. 11 at 2 p.m. and compete for the chance to win Kahala Mall gift certificates, prizes and a custom KoAloha ukulele. Email your YouTube submissions to kmsingcompetition@gmail.com.

Victoria’s Secret Opens At Pearlridge

Victoria’s Secret opened its third Hawaii store in Pearlridge Center last Thursday in more than 11,000 square feet of space on the second level of Uptown across from Body + Mind Spa.
