Alexander Snellings is enthralled by Coastie the Robot during Koko Marina Center’s observance of Safe Boating Week. Coastie, who can talk, blink, honk, drive and squirt water, is a popular tool of the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary for teaching children about safe boating.
