Business Leaders On The Move In Hawaii

Landon J.M. Yun has been named the newest firm associate for Alston Hunt Floyd & Ing, Hawaii’s fourth largest law firm. Yun’s practice focuses on employment law and litigation. He was most recently a senior associate with The Goldstein Law Firm in Beverly Hills. He earned his juris doctorate degree from the UCLA School of Law, and his bachelor’s in business administration from the University of Washington.

Stacy Hansen, an RIM Architect associate, has relocated to the firm’s Hawaii offices from Anchorage, Alaska. Hansen has 11 years of experience in architecture. She has a Bachelor of Architecture degree from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. In her eight years with RIM Architects, Hansen has been a critical design team member for numerous projects, including health care, transportation, educational, hospitality and commercial facilities.

Peter Arnade has been announced as UH-Manoa’s new dean of the College of the Arts and Humanities. Arnade is currently professor and chairman of the History Department at California State University, San Marcos. One of the first faculty members hired at CSU San Marcos, he has taken a leadership role in building an innovative multicultural university over the past two decades. Faculty and program development, diversity in higher education, undergraduate and graduate research, and student-centered teaching are among his priorities.

Kapolanialaimaka Kealoha has been named chef de cuisine at Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort’s Tropics Bar & Grill. Kealoha brings with him a variety of culinary and entrepreneurial experiences, including most recently as executive chef and restaurant owner of 4Kings Kitchen Restaurant in Honolulu.
