Teacher Of The Year Gets A Chevy

Financing BBBS With $20,000
Big Brothers Big Sisters Hawaii received a donation of $20,000 from Finance Factors. The funds were raised Sept. 22 at the third annual Finance Factors Charity Golf Tournament, held at Hawaii Prince Golf Club, where more than 168 golfers hit the greens for a great cause. Back-to-school Support For Keiki
AlohaCare gave $5,000 to Ka‘ewai Elementary School in Kalihi for teachers to purchase school supplies for their students. Making sure children have access to a good education — with suffi cient supplies — helps to reduce health disparities now and in future generations. This helps to raise the quality of health in the community.
