Shop Creates Personalized Gifts

A shop offering personalized gifts for family and friends opened last week at Windward Mall, creating unlimited options for customized gifts for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries and much more.

Things Remembered, which began 40 years ago as a small engraving-service shop called Can Do, has a mission to provide customized gift solutions to fit any occasion, and with more than 600 locations in 49 states it claims to be the largest retailer of its kind. Selections include crystal drinkware, sterling silver jewelry, technology gadgets and kid-friendly toys. The new Kaneohe store also engraves items purchased elsewhere for that more meaningful touch.

It also offers a satisfaction guarantee and a Rewards Club program, according to its website. Its stated mission is “to give gifts from the heart to enhance the quality of life for others,” and it supports several charities.

Part- and full-time employment opportunities will be available at the Windward Mall location.
