KBG Hosts MCBH Commander

Kaneohe Business Group will hear from Marine Corps Base Hawaii’s new commander at its monthly luncheon, set for 11:30 a.m. today (Jan. 28) at Pohai Nani Retirement Community.

Col. Eric W. Schaefer will discuss “how the military perceives the impact of MCBH Kaneohe, on the Windward community, how the community and MCBH can best interact, employment opportunities, base information and what to expect going forward.”

Schaefer’s career has led him to combat missions in Iraq and fleet deployments to the Western Pacific. He earned three advanced degrees in military and strategic studies.
