Training To Save A Life At Red Cross

American Red Cross Hawaii instructors have begun teaching November classes at the Diamond Head Road headquarters in East Oahu.

Some that may still have openings are listed below. For more information and to sign up, call 1-800-733-2767 or go to redcross.org/take-a-class. * Wilderness Remote First Aid: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Nov. 8 and 9, $150 fee.

* Babysitter’s Training: 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Nov. 15, $85 fee.

* CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers and Health Care Providers, 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Nov. 16, $110 fee.

* First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Nov. 22 and 23, $500 fee.

Successful completion of any Red Cross course comes with a certificate, valid for two years.
