Business Leaders on the Move in Hawaii – 10/22/14
Rod Saunders has been promoted to vice president of Servco Pacific. He also was appointed to vice president of Servco Subaru, a wholly owned subsidiary of Servco. He is responsible for all Subaru vehicle distribution in the state and growing partnerships with independent Subaru dealers on Hawaii island, as well as Servco Subaru on Oahu, Maui and Kauai. He also works closely with Subaru vehicle manufacturers Fuji Heavy Industries in Tokyo, and Subaru of America in New Jersey.
Natalie Fogle has been promoted from assistant vice president to vice president of corporate facilities with Bank of Hawaii. In her new role as construction and projects manager, she will oversee a team of project managers and will be responsible for the planning, construction and renovation of branches and facilities.
Stephanie England has been appointed general manager for Kahala Mall, Kapolei Shopping Center, Hunakai Office Building and Hawaii Opera Plaza. She will lead all four properties, overseeing operations, leasing, capital projects and tenant coordination. She most recently served as general manager of Kamehameha Shopping Center.
Dr. Graham Fedorak has joined Shriners Hospitals for Children-Honolulu as pediatric orthopedic surgeon. Fedorak received his undergraduate degree in English literature from University of Victoria in Canada and medical degree from Queen’s University in Canada, where he also completed his orthopedic surgery residency. He most recently completed his fellowship in pediatric orthopedic surgery at Shriners Hospitals for Children-Los Angeles.
William “Buddy” Moore has joined Maui Divers of Hawaii as vice president of marketing and a member of the executive team. He will oversee the strategic marketing direction and all aspects of marketing Maui Divers of Hawaii to visitor and local markets.
