Festival Of Giving, New Retailers At Windward Mall

Windward Mall invites nonprofits to participate in its 10th annual Festival of Giving. Deadline to sign up is Oct. 13, and the event takes place Nov. 8 through Nov. 10.

Windward Mall’s Festival of Giving provides nonprofits a free and easy way to raise funds. Participating organizations can sell as many tickets as they are able and keep 100 percent of the proceeds. Tickets sell for $10 and give ticket-holders access to a weekend full of store discounts, dining specials, door prizes and live entertainment.

Last year alone, approximately 50 participating nonprofit organizations were able to raise more than $157,000 to support their work in the local community. Nonprofits also have the opportunity to raise additional funds by signing up to man a table during the Festival of Giving to sell additional tickets to mall shoppers.

A highlight will be an appearance by the Aloha Festivals Royal Court at 10 a.m. Bring the keiki to make ti leaf lei and enjoy other fun, child-friendly activities. Wear your Aloha Festivals’ ribbon or power band and receive discounts from participating Pearlridge merchants.
