Relax With Mighty Mo Aug. 15

As the summer starts to come to a close, the Battleship Missouri Memorial is encouraging everyone to make the most of it by celebrating National Relaxation Day Aug. 15.

From 6 to 9 p.m., guests are invited to relax by bringing a picnic to enjoy at Pier Foxtrot-5 on Ford Island, where Mighty Mo is berthed.

The event also will feature live music by the Tropic Knights, swing dancing, photo ops with military vehicles, keiki activities and ship tours. Drinks, snacks and souvenirs also will be available for purchase.

Roundtrip complimentary shuttle rides will be available from the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center beginning at 6 p.m.
