Jill Hirata Wins A $150 Spree At Foodland

Last Wednesday, Jill Hirata wanted to shop for some food for Fourth of July, so she took a trip to Foodland in Ala Moana Center.

As she made her purchase at 10 a.m., MidWeek‘s representative approached Jill with a simple question.

She answered correctly and instantly won a $150 Foodland shopping spree.

“I like shopping at Foodland because I like their deli section and their bakery,” said this week’s Mystery Shopper, a teacher. “Also, their produce is fresh, and they have organic produce.”

Jill was born and raised in Pearl City, and is a 1992 graduate of Mid-Pacific Institute.

In her free time, she enjoys walking her dog, spending time with family and hiking. She also likes to read MidWeek.

“It has interesting articles that are local focused,” she said. “Also, the ads are helpful.”
