Business Leaders on the Move in Hawaii – 6/18/14
Erna Stuckey has been appointed senior vice president and senior manager of the Special Assets Department with Central Pacific Bank. She is responsible for overseeing the Special Assets Department, Home Loan Special Credits and OREO Administration.
Darren D. Nakao has been named senior vice president and chief financial officer with UHA Health Insurance. He is responsible for directing UHA’s fiscal, underwriting and provider contracting functions, with oversight of the Financial Services, Risk Management Services and Contracting Services departments. Nakao has more than 18 years of experience in the health care industry.
Thoai Pham has been hired as executive loan officer with Territorial Savings Bank Corporate Offices. Her main focus is residential loan production. Prior to joining Territorial Savings Bank, she worked at American Savings Bank as a residential loan officer. A graduate of University of California Santa Barbara, she has a Bachelor of Arts in business-economics and accounting, and an MBA in finance.
Terry Slattery has been named program recruiter for Asia-Pacific Center for Security Studies. He has been at the center since 2008 and most recently worked in the Regional Engagement Operations Department. Prior to coming to APCSS, he worked at U.S. Army Pacific as program manager for the Pacific Armies Management Seminar series of multilateral engagements in the Asia-Pacific.
Colin Fujiki has been hired as an estimator in Kiewit Building Group Inc.’s Honolulu office. He joins the estimating team in providing cost estimates for project proposals. He now will work closely with pre-construction manager Mike Parker to develop time, cost and labor estimates for various projects, and also will collect, analyze and present costs of construction materials and labor.
