Waimanalo Hosts City Town Hall

Mayor Kirk Caldwell is coming to a town near you, and he’s all ears.

Caldwell and his cabinet will visit Waimanalo Thursday and meet with area residents from 6:30 to 8 p.m. in Room A at Waimanalo District Park.

He plans to report on his priorities and outline upcoming road and sewer infrastructure projects, TheBus, park upkeep and events, homelessness and more.

Suggestions from the community also are welcome at the town hall-style forum, which will be broadcast live on ‘Olelo Channel 49.

Last year the mayor and his entourage held town halls all over the island, including Kaneohe and Kahuku.
