Obamacare Help In Waimanalo

Waimanalo Health Center will conduct its final information session on the Affordable Care Act at 6 p.m. Thursday in its Goebert Training Center.

All interested and/or eligible residents are welcome to attend.

“We’ve hosted insurance info sessions for the last three months,” said WHC community relations specialist Randi Song “They’ve been well-attended – especially as the March 31 deadline nears – and we’re so happy to help community members enroll for health insurance.”

Led by WHC’s outreach health educator Kamaile Keaunui and social services coordinator Georgia Avilla, the session will begin with sign-ins at 6 and program at 6:30 p.m. The meeting will cover Hawaii Health Connector vs. Med-QUEST, Obamacare, how to complete the application forms and more.
