GEORGIE PIE’S POP UP PIE SHOP AT STUDIO BY FM

Fashionista’s Market introduces Studio by FM located inside Fashionista’s Market at 1185 Bethel St., offering space for photographers, makeup artists and vendors to rent on availability.

On Thursday and Friday (Feb. 20 and 21) from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., and the third Thursday and Friday of each month, Studio by FM will host Georgie Pie’s, a division of Downtown’s popular Let Them Eat Cupcakes.

The monthly Pop Up Pie Shop will feature original recipes, handmade and baked fresh. Flavors will be announced via facebook.com/georgiepiehaw aii, and pre-orders can be taken by calling Let Them Eat Cupcakes at 531.2253 (24 hours notice is necessary).

Studio by FM also was built to launch FM Boutique and Fashionista’s Market online store which is set to launch next month. For more information on Studio by FM, call 537-1115.

WAIKIKI ELEMENTARY GARAGE SALE

Rotary Club of Waikiki presents its fourth annual Garage Sale Saturday, Feb. 22, from 8 a.m. to noon, to benefit Waikiki Elementary School and its youth activity programs. The fundraiser will feature “tons” of books, clothing, toys and vintage and collectible items.

The Garage Sale will take place in the Waikiki Elementary School cafeteria (3710 Leahi Ave.). Those interested in contributing items for the sale can drop them off at the school cafeteria Friday, Feb. 21, between 5:30 and 7 p.m. for sorting and pricing. All donations are welcome, and any items not sold will be donated to local charities.

This year’s volunteers include Waikiki Rotarians, students from La Pietra School and staff from Waikiki Elementary School. Last year’s event raised more than $2,000, with all proceeds going to support the school. For more information, visit WaikikiRotary.org or call 395-2290.
